A simple definition is individuals who put the interest of followers above their own. They care for their well-being and hold themselves to the same standard that the followers must adhere to. They are also able to positively motivate and enhance the organization\'s mission as well as allowing followers to be part of the decision making process. According to the above definition of leadership, ethics then is inherently a part of leadership. When ethics are combined with leadership, there is no doubt that both followers and leaders will work for the betterment of the organization while upholding high levels of ethical behaviors.References
